This project collects the problems and financial application of the industrial waste disposal fund abroad, analyzes the competition and cooperation between the industrial waste disposal fund and other environmental protection funds, evaluates the use planning and benefits of the industrial waste disposal fund, and studies the feasible course fee model of the industrial waste disposal fund. In addition, this project collects the mechanism of creditor's right preservation in common public law in Taiwan, analyzes the current situation of creditor's right preservation in waste disposal law, puts forward a proposal to amend the scheme, and studies the refined strategy of recovering the clean-up cost on behalf of the creditor. Again, collect digitize research from all walks of life the proposed draft advice provision, the waste disposal act within a repair method, this paper proposed message forward or as a feasible way, inventory waste disposal act within a convergence provisions inconsistent with other environmental law regulation, the research direction of diligence, and review of the available tools of rule of law, research of perfecting the regulations for the waste disposal act within a diligence advice.
